Site Inspection Specialist
Your New Role As a site inspection specialist you will be working on projects throughout the construction and completion phases. This is a role where you should be comfortable going on sites, dealing with contracts/site managers, inspecting buildings and making sure it is being built to the brief.
A personable candidate with great communication skills will excel at this role and with many repeat client business you are expected to maintain and grow relationships on site. You will be working alongside a lead inspector who will train you and show you processes, after which this is a very much autonomous role with only reporting into the office when needed (once or twice a month).
Job Requirements
* This role would suit an experienced building surveyor or an experienced architectural technologist that is wanting to make that transition from an office based role to a more site based one.
* You should have excellent knowledge of Irish Building regulations, DAC Fire Certs.
In interview you should be able to display your site knowledge performing various type of surveys.
