We are seeking an experiencedHR & Payroll Systems Project Leadfor a 12-month contract to drive the delivery of new HR and payroll platforms as part of a wider ERP transformation programme.This role offers the opportunity to work on a strategic, large-scale digital transformation - leading HRIS and payroll integration, enhancing data accuracy, and optimising end-to-end people processes. The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership, change management, and HR systems expertise to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of HR and Payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with the core ERP platform and alignment with business objectives.Oversee system design, configuration, and deployment while managing third-party vendors and partners.Collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to assess current processes and deliver compliant, efficient solutions.Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Identify and mentor internal champions for long-term system ownership and optimisation.ExperienceProven experience leading HR and Payroll system implementations or ERP/HRIS transformation projects.Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement.Excellent understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes within complex organisations.Solid knowledge of employment law, payroll legislation, and data privacy standards.Demonstrated project management expertise across full project lifecycles.Experience with HRIS/Payroll platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR systems professional to join a forward-thinking organisation undergoing significant transformation.
