HR Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering value to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to understand business challenges and develop strategic solutions that address client needs.
* Support the development of organizational designs, talent acquisition strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with HR COEs to drive performance management, talent development, and total rewards programs.
* Facilitate decision-making on organization roles, staffing, and leadership planning.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* 10+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
