Occupational Health Specialist Position
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to provide a comprehensive range of health and wellbeing services across two locations.
* Case management involves identifying and addressing work-related health issues, ensuring the well-being of employees.
* Workplace assessments aim to identify potential hazards and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
* Health surveillance programmes monitor employee health, preventing work-related illnesses and injuries.
Responsibilities
* Clinical competence in audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, phlebotomy, VDU ergonomics, and vaccine administration is essential for this role.
* The successful candidate will also have strong case management experience, particularly in managing work-related health issues.
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse qualification is mandatory, along with full registration with An Bord Altranais.
* A recognised Occupational Health qualification or current studies towards one are also required.
