Laya Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Temporary 6 months) to join our team in Little Island. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Role Responsibilities:
* Support members' inquiries, evaluate situations, and respond appropriately across all contact channels.
* Record and respond to complaints promptly, ensuring remedial actions comply with the Consumer Protection Code.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer records of communications and transactions.
* Ensure payment methods are correct and billing changes are accurately recorded.
* Sell laya healthcare products to individuals and groups, following sales procedures and ensuring follow-up actions.
* Enroll members on the Avondhu system with correct details.
* Achieve customer experience standards across all interactions and channels.
* Carry out credit control for outstanding payments.
* Contribute to continuous improvement in customer care and working practices.
* Perform additional duties to support customer service development and business needs.
Eligibility & Requirements:
* Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent; third-level qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in client contact or customer service within the insurance industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A sincere, capable individual eager to learn and contribute to the company's success.
