Responsibilities
· Administration of medication.
· HIQA, HSE and JCI standards.
· Provide care that respects the dignity, privacy, and individuality of each resident.
· Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
· Adapt quickly to different units and facility workflows.
· Results-driven and committed to high standards of care.
· Strong decision-making ability.
Essential:
* Registered with the NMBI.
* Valid eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Clinical Governance & Risk Management.
* Demonstrated clinical and professional skills.
* 2+ years' experience in acute setting.
