Overview We have been exclusively retained to search & appoint a Senior Plaintiff Medical Negligence Lawyer/Solicitor on behalf of a leading and well-resourced Medical Negligence practice.
This is a senior strategic hire at Partner level, or for an experienced Senior Associate who is Partner Ready, seeking leadership/partner-level responsibility and a clearly defined fast-track to Partnership and ready to step up.
The appointee will join an established and highly respected team with strong infrastructure, marketing support, and operational depth.
The expectation is that the successful candidate will take a leadership role in further developing and expanding the firms Plaintiff Medical Negligence offering in conjunction with the existing Partners.
Practice Scope The role will involve immediate responsibility for running and progressing complex Medical Negligence plaintiff matters.
The individual must be capable of taking over active files and managing them independently from the outset and demonstrate Partner level thinking.
Requirement to be in Dublin 2 days a week.
Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a commercially astute, strategic solicitor operating at Senior Associate (ready to step up), Legal Director, Salary Partner or Partner level who: Highly ambitious, demonstrates clear Partner-level thinking beyond file management Has strong market awareness, including emerging trends in the UK and US Is capable of driving business development and contributing to practice growth Understands profile-building and is comfortable engaging in media where appropriate Is committed to patient advocacy and supporting vulnerable clients, those impacted adversely by medical negligence This appointment is aimed at a senior lawyer who sees the opportunity not simply as a role, but as a platform to build and grow a practice.
