Tipperary Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector. The ability to manage a team and motivate staff properly. Candidates must have previous experience using bookings systems. Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge. A passion for food and cocktails.
