Job Description
The Duty Manager is responsible for leading the hotel team to achieve high standards of service and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong organisational skills, exceptional guest service skills, and technical ability during busy hotel operations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and uphold the hotel's high standards.
* Operate on a shift basis, covering various patterns, including early mornings and late nights.
* Work weekends and across different hotel departments.
* Be a key contact at the hotel, ensuring all service areas are facilitated and operate to high standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in 4* hotel operations, preferably with experience in Food & Beverage management or as an Assistant Manager in a busy hotel department.
