The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of integrated HR, compensation, payroll, and timekeeping systems. This is a fast-paced environment involving cross-functional collaboration and involvement across multiple phases of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse business requirements and existing processes to create clear user scenarios.Prepare and execute test scripts across QA project cycles (readiness, smoke/sanity tests, UAT, regression, entry/exit criteria).Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure quality delivery of system releases.Participate in requirement reviews through to system deployment.Support efforts to reduce regression testing cycles with a focus on increasing automation.Manage tickets, test documentation, issue reproduction, and handoff to deployment teams.Must-Have Experience3+ years relevant experience in QA, business analysis, or complex systems projects.Strong Excel skills.Experience analysing processes and breaking them into testable steps.Ability to create "what-if" scenarios and think from a user/customer perspective.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Highly Desirable ExperienceExperience with HR/Payroll systems such as:WorkdayADP, PwC PayrollTimekeeping tools like Kronos / WFMBackground in HR operations, employee support, or data administration.Exposure to integrated system deployments or major technology projects.Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.Experience working with engineering teams and multinational stakeholder groups.Key Attributes & Soft SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Able to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly.Ability to drive urgency, escalate appropriately, and collaborate across teams.Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
