Production Administrator
Oranmore, Galway
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the production department, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication across teams.
This role works closely with the Production Manager and the Production scheduler, to maintain records, input production schedules, print and distribute supporting documentation
Duties & Responsibilities
* Input and update production schedules and documentation in the production systems, ensuring a high level of accuracy
* Prepare and distribute production schedules, labels, and related paperwork.
* Complete administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and maintaining records.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
