What’s involved:
* Lead procurement activities to secure critical services, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee contract management efforts, ensuring accurate performance reporting and timely escalations.
* Drive the development and execution of a detailed business readiness plan for the onboarding of a Client Delivery Partner in Q3.
* Manage the delivery of all IT and Facilities requirements prior to partner mobilisation.
* Lead the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring all systems and supports are in place for a seamless transition.
What you need:
* +5years of experience in project management, ideally within a PMO or large-scale transformation environment.
* Strong background in procurement and contract management, including stakeholder engagement and supplier onboarding.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional project teams and complex deliverables.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills.
* Experience working with internal business units and third-party delivery partners.
* Familiarity with project delivery in IT and Facilities is a strong advantage.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
* Must be based in Ireland
