**Job Title:** Inventory Operative
Salary: €13.93 p/h plus shift allowances increase to €14+ after 12 months.
Job Description: As an Inventory Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include processing driver paperwork and returned products, coding and staging product for put away, and entering data into the warehouse management system efficiently.
You will work in various areas with temperature and humidity variations, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Key tasks include verifying driver signatures, checking asset returns, running labels and tagging returned product, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure drivers and customers sign all pages of invoices and returns.
* Keep records of driver paperwork errors.
* Check all assets returned by drivers.
* Verify all returned product is properly coded.
* Run labels and tag returned product.
* Enter data into the warehouse management system.
* Verify drivers place equipment and returns on proper pallets in the returns area.
* Check product lists under HACCP regulations.
* Release manifest when driver check-in process is completed.
* Maintain a clean and orderly return area.
* Communicate any problems to management in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with Excel, Email, and Word.
* Familiarity with WMS systems.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* The ability to identify product and determine quality according to HACCP guidelines.
* Effective communication skills to explain and enforce proper policies and procedures.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* The ability to cooperate and get along with coworkers.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in person and on telephone.
* The ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.

Others: You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, work efficiently and proactively in a fast-paced warehouse environment, develop a good working knowledge of product placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures. Daily cycle counting and inventory integrity across all zones are essential requirements.
This role requires flexibility with regards to hours of work and shift work, as well as strong mathematical skills to count product, multiply, add, subtract, and understand percentages. Experience operating an electric pallet truck or forklift is desirable.
