Job Description
The role of Restaurant Operations Manager is pivotal in the successful management and organisation of daily restaurant operations.
1. Key responsibilities include managing overall costs while delivering a premium customer experience, achieving high sales targets, and maintaining stringent health and safety procedures.
2. The incumbent will also be responsible for supervising all employees, ensuring seamless restaurant operations on a daily basis, as well as organising stock effectively and efficiently.
3. Effective communication with the management team, evaluating employee performance, providing guidance, and conducting regular job chats are also essential duties.
Requirements and Skills
