Financial Planning and Reporting Lead
Seeking an experienced Financial Reporting & Planning Leader
This is a key position responsible for the operational financial management of the business. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with CFO to develop robust financial frameworks that support timely data-driven decision-making.
2. Prepare monthly accounts, forecasts, and reporting packs for senior leadership.
3. Deliver insightful analysis and commentary to inform strategic decisions.
4. Mentor finance team members across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, and Treasury.
5. Oversight of cash flow management processes including supplier payments and banking arrangements. Maintain internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
