He/she supports the Relationship Manager and Team Head in all tasks related to the delivery of excellent service to the clients.YOUR CHALLENGE
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist Relationship Managers (RM) in the day-to-day work servicing clients and handling administrative issuesAttend incoming calls and ensure that always a prompt service provided Handle the account openings for new clients as well as account maintenance to existing clients including implementation of agreed fees and monitoring of applied feesEnsure efficient and prompt handling of orders, trades, transactions, payments etc. received from the client directlyMonitor the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; take action were instruction is standard, seek instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and requiredMaintain and update records of client instructions, client details and preferencesProvide clients with information and data in verbal and/or written form, without giving advice or statement of opinion/no judge valueLiaise with other RM-Teams, Operations & ITEnsure always adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc.YOUR PROFILEExperience/Knowledge/SkillsRelevant higher educational and professional background e.g. Bachelor's Degree or banking apprenticeship combined first work experience and or relevant internal trainingSuccessfully passed the relevant regulatory online training for RMA information giversSome experience as a self-motivated Assistant to a Relationship Manager or in the area of portfolio management / investment advisory Understand the key characteristics, risk and features of those investment products availableUnderstand the characteristics, scope and total amount of costs and charges to be incurred by the client in the context of transactions in an investment product, investment services or ancillary servicesUnderstand how financial markets function, the structure and how they affect the value and pricing of investment products which information will provided to the clientUnderstand the impact of economic figures, national/regional/global events on markets and on the value of investment products which information will be provided to the clientUnderstand the difference between past performance and future performance scenarios as well as the limits of predictive forecastingUnderstand issues relating to market abuse and anti-money launderingAssess data relevant to the investment products on which will be provided to the client, such as Key Investor Information, Documents, prospectuses, financial statements or financial dataBasic knowledge of valuation principles for the type of investment products in relations to the information which will be provided to the clientAble to work independently, well organized, swift and accurate even when under pressureService oriented, discreet and responsibleFriendly, open personality, well-presented and professional appearanceWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
