About the Role
We are seeking a Graduate Management Trainee who is eager to develop their skills in customer service, sales, marketing, financial control and profitability, operations and logistics. As a Graduate Management Trainee you will have the freedom to explore your potential in various aspects of business.
Main Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with diverse customers.
Key Performance Indicators:
* To consistently deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* To develop lasting relationships with local business partners through effective communication & collaboration techniques
* To interpret profit & loss statements accurately
* To successfully manage fleets, plan strategically
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential. A full manual driving license is preferred but not necessary if accommodations can be made due certain disabilities. No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within last five years allowed, Full Bachelor's degree desirable however suitable professional experience may substitute where applicable.
