About the Role
As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Group's digital presence across multiple platforms. From storytelling and content creation to campaigns and community engagement, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand voice and attracting new audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage the Group's social media strategy in line with marketing objectives.
* Create engaging content (visual, video, and written) to showcase our hotels, restaurants, events, and experiences.
* Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Monitor analytics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
* Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor activity.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* A creative storyteller with strong visual and copywriting skills.
* Experienced in managing social media accounts for brands (ideally hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle).
* Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps, etc.).
* Analytical, with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategy accordingly.
* Passionate about hospitality and creating standout guest experiences.

Pay: €27,000.00-€52,472.47 per year
