About The Role:
Our business and this role will help our company grow and scale.
As a part of our finance team, you'll be a key person in our financial statement close process and provide reporting to ensure the business gets the best data possible.
Responsibilities
You'll work closely with our financial controller and CFO
You'll have a passion for understanding our business, our systems and the technical accounting requirements
The Ideal Candidate
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
Assist with statutory reporting and preparation of audit files.
Perform account reconciliations, including bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc projects as required.
Key Requirements
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years' relevant accounting/finance experience.
Accounts Payable and Payroll experience is an advantage.
Strong Excel and IT skills; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
