Payroll Analyst: (1 year contract role)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
What we need you to do:
* Timely and accurate processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls across multiple locations
* Compilation of payroll-related reports and summaries for management, as required
* Payroll posting
* Payroll cost and business unit analysis
* Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal/external stakeholders
* Completion of payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations
* Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant tax and employment legislation
* Participation in month-end and year-end payroll processes and reporting
* Supporting other Finance team members with ad-hoc tasks
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 2-3 years' payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment
* Strong understanding of accounting principles
* Basic understanding of payroll regulation and taxation in Ireland and the UK (knowledge of other countries considered an advantage)
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication
* Experience with UKG/Immedis or a similar outsourced payroll provider is an advantage
