Our client is an industry leading provider of recycling / waste management services and renewable energy across Ireland. Environmental ethics is the cornerstone of their operations, providing comprehensive eco-friendly utility resource solutions, including recycling and energy services.
About the role:
* Cork Based position.
* Become part of a highly reputable Recycling Specialist.
* You will be integrated into a wider health and safety team.
* Competitive Salary & Package circa €45,000 - €50,000
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Help in setting up training sessions, prepare paperwork and file paperwork when complete.
* Assist with Health and Safety Inductions for all new employees or contractors working on site.
* To effectively communicate HSE requirements to staff through meetings, feedback forums, toolbox talks and learn from events;
* Maintenance of safety documentation and paperwork.
* Work effectively under the guidance of the Senior Health & Safety Staff on-site and the overall Management team.
* Carry out risk assessments and hazard identification.
* Ensure that there is a strong safety culture on site.
To be successful in your application you will ideally possess the following;
* Relevant Qualification.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience preferred but not essential.
