**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Electronic Health Record (EHR) team as a Principal Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the implementation of a new EHR system across our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the production of training materials for specific modules covering clinical and administrative areas of the hospital.
* Work closely with the relevant EHR application team to ensure training materials align with their configuration build.
* Undertake IT training needs analysis to establish the most appropriate method of training delivery for all grades of staff.
**Requirements:**
* Educated to Level 6 Higher Certificate or Degree relevant to the post.
* Equivalent experience and understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
* Minimum of two years' knowledge of technical, clinical care, patient administrative processes or experience in training/teaching others.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, HSCP disciplines or Medicine (NCHD) background.
* Operational or Administration experience.
* ICT, eHealth, Software Engineering or Computer Science expertise.
