Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Job Purpose:
Our organisation is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to manage the delivery of services that support people with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans.
* Plan, develop, and implement programs that promote the inclusion and participation of service users in their communities.
* Line manage and support staff, promoting teamwork, communication, and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in health and social care.
* Experience in managing complex services for people with intellectual disabilities and/or dual diagnosis.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and motivate teams.
* Strong financial and analytical skills, with excellent organisational abilities.

Salary: €57,642 - €61,638 per annum (pro rata). Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
