Job Overview
Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the development and refinement of our global design controls, process development, and risk management quality system policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement global policies and procedures.
* Coordinate the implementation of global policies and procedures with local sites and functional teams.
* Represent the company in internal/external audits and act on assigned audit responses/CAPAs.
* Contribute to the development and deployment of training programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
* At least 5 years' experience in R&D, Process Development, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
