My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This role requires 2 - 3 days onsite. The Customer Service Specialist needs to have prior insurance experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of personal lines insurance, including renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and after‑sales customer queries.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
* Contribute to customer retention efforts by achieving renewal and retention targets.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data within internal systems.
* Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
* Complete administrative tasks with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of insurance systems (e.g., Applied Relay) is an advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional, motivated, and customer‑focused attitude.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience within the insurance industry is essential.
* Experience in customer service, renewals, or policy administration roles is an advantage.
