Position Overview The Director – Transfer Pricing will report to the Senior Director – Global Tax Planning CPA or equivalent a plus Experience leading transfer pricing in a multinational tech company Experience integration TP strategy into broader tax and business strategy Deep knowledge of corporate tax including international tax research, compliance and consulting Ability to perform financial / economic analyses and build financial valuation models Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting of intercompany agreements, audit responses and technical memos Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and external advisors Ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $168,000 and $271,810.
Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
