To support growth and expansion we are currently recruiting a full-time Multi-site Facilities Manager to join our team in CorkWorking pattern: Monday to Friday from 9:00-17:00**Two years fix-term contract**Main duties and responsibilities:Provide strong leadership and build a positive team cultureManage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planningBudgeting, invoicing, H&S responsibility for all sites under their mangementImplement strategic goals, KPIs and objectivesAttend tier meetings, own facilities actions and close them on timeResolve issues promptly to support operationsOversee site procedures, non-conformances and corrective actionsReview work orders and carry out preventative maintenanceCoordinate contractors and ensure compliance with site requirementsManage shift patterns, holiday cover and overtimeConduct performance reviews and support continuous improvementKeep clients informed and uphold excellent customer serviceAd hoc duties as requested by the line mangerQualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environmentStrong financial, systems and process understandingExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent pc skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and projectSuitable experience in Health and safety, and environmental issuesStrong communication and customer service focusSelf-motivated with a drive for continuous improvementWe are looking forward to hearing from you
