Excel Recruitment are searching for a Head Chef to join an established team in Co. Laois. We are seeking an experienced Chef at Sous Chef or Head Chef level to lead a team in a busy gastro bar. Requirements for Head Chef: Formal culinary training 3 years experience in a busy gastro bar/cafe or restaurant environment A love for creating a high standard of food both traditional and trend driven to drive sales and margin In-depth knowledge of HACCP procedures Understanding of kitchen margins and previous experience managing and reducing waste This role is ideally suited to an experienced CDP or Sous Chef looking to progress their career.
