Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist
About the Role:
In this exciting position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and build Apple's Growth Accounts Ads team. The segment of clients is diverse and requires a best-in-class partnership to achieve their business goals. With your efforts, this will become one of the highest performing and fun Growth Accounts Sales teams around.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in performance media sales, including experience working with self-serve platforms.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital ads space with performance-type advertisers and agencies.
- Develop initial campaign success across a portfolio of clients, leading to credibility and trust, and eventually long-term success.
- Demonstrate product and industry expertise in client interactions.
- Manage multiple relationships within the performance marketing space.
- Maintain a robust business pipeline through email, phone, and in-person outreach, moving deals through planned, pitched, agreed, and implemented phases.
Requirements:
- Proven demonstrable experience in performance media sales, including experience working with self-serve platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful messages both in person and over the phone.
- Strong analytical skills, leveraging internal and external data sets to facilitate business growth for clients.
- Collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a positive demeanor, with a desire to develop business acumen and client-centricity.
- Proficiency in active listening and asking insightful questions for continuous learning.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
