Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Needed
You must have relevant early years childcare qualifications at minimum level 5 and be a self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Our facilities ensure members' children are in safe hands, requiring absolute diligence and compliance with high standards of health and safety. Crèche Assistants should be excellent with children and committed childcare professionals.
You will demonstrate a drive to improve processes and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
