We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering commercial management services for individual projects. This includes establishing and promoting best practices in health, safety, and environmental matters, as well as providing assistance to senior QSs and support on all commercial issues within the project(s).
Key Responsibilities:
1. To deliver commercial management services for individual projects.
2. To establish and promote best practices in health, safety, and environmental matters.
3. To provide assistance to senior QSs.
4. To manage subcontractors/suppliers accounts from preparation of detailed requisitions through monitoring authorization of payments up till agreement final account is achieved (entered).
