Role Overview
This position involves delivering exceptional customer service and generating new business opportunities in the personal lines insurance sector.
* Develop and implement strategies to overcome sales objections and close deals.
* Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assess customer risk profiles and provide expert advice on suitable insurance products.
* Cross-sell additional insurance services to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed monthly targets for new business quotes issued and sales closed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business leads.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the insurance market.
Requirements
* Professional General Insurance Qualification (CIP) or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a brokerage environment.
* Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
