Job Description
The Regional Retail Sales Manager role involves leading a team to drive sales revenue across the Republic of Ireland area. A dynamic individual with experience in store management and coaching high-performing teams is required.
This field-based position requires frequent travel to manage retail stores, developing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize potential in people, product, and sales.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop store managers and teams to build committed and high-performing units.
* Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and store KPIs for the nominated territory.
* Closely partner with HR, Retail Ops, Training, and Merchandising to enhance potential in people, product, and sales.
