 
        We are currently recruiting for General Operatives/ Machine Operatives. This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic candidates who can work systematically and logically to join our team. Must be able to speak EnglishResponsibilites:Setting the machine at the beginning of the shift to ensure it can be operated to its optimum.Processing of abrasives materials using dedicated production machineryResetting the machine as required depending on the Works Order.Ensuring that the correct material is being used as per the Works Order.Monitoring the machine throughout the shift and reporting any issues to the Supervisor.Producing the required quantity of required material in the allotted time.Ensuring that the quality of the material produced is of a high standard.Ensure that their workstation is kept clean and tidy.Compliance with any Health & Safety regulations including wearing the appropriate PPE.Skills & Experience required:Knowledge of manufacturing machinery an advantage but not essential as full training will be providedManual handling certificate an advantage but not essential as training will be providedExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsStrong work ethicAbility to work on own initiativeAbility to work well as part of a teamAbility to work under pressureCompetitive hourly rates of payJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
