Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Sales Teams and drive business growth.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Sales Strategies across multiple territories.
* They will lead multidisciplinary Sales Teams, enhance Sales Processes, select the right People, Tools, and Resources.
* The role plays a key part in our growth trajectory towards achieving our Vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor, support, and motivate Sales Managers through people engagement and incentive strategies.
* Manage Sales Team issues, recruitment, and people training/development.
* Implement and refine the Sales Strategy.
* Analyse and optimise Route-to-Market.
* Develop Sales Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Planning, and Performance Reporting.
* Enhance Sales Operations and Customer Service.
* Optimise CRM including Pipeline Management.
* Negotiate Contracts/Tenders and develop Pricing Strategy for sustainable margin growth.
* Provide Customer Feedback/Insights and Market Trends.
* Conduct Competitor Analysis.
* Drive Business Development: increase Vitality and New Products Sales by acquiring new Customers, Products, and territories.
* Launch and commercialise New Products and attend Trade Exhibitions, Conferences, and Industry events.
* Develop Value Proposition Marketing collateral and Lead Generation Campaigns.
Requirements:
* 5 years+ international Sales Management experience.
* Ability to understand and draft Sales Strategies.
* Results orientated mindset with ambition and drive to deliver against defined metrics.
* Degree in Business or equivalent.
* Experience and network in the Construction and/or Agri markets is advantageous.
* People Leadership, Coaching, and Conflict Resolution skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Multi-languages (Germany, French) advantageous.
* Advanced Negotiation and Decision-Making skills.
* Financial literacy and IT fluency: experience with CRM and sales enhancement tools.
