My client, a dynamic advisory and technology consulting firm, is seeking an exceptional Head of Commercial to spearhead their next stage of expansion. With specialisms in Data & AI, Enterprise Solutions, and Change Delivery, they partner with major organisations to deliver transformative projects with measurable impact.
In this strategic leadership role, you will own the commercial agenda across multiple divisions — from go-to-market strategy to closing high-value deals and growing key accounts. You'll lead a talented commercial team, collaborate with senior leadership, and work directly with C-suite decision-makers in complex, high-value environments.
What You'll Do
1. Lead the end-to-end business development cycle — strategy, pipeline, conversion, and account growth.
2. Shape and execute growth plans across priority sectors and service lines.
3. Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
4. Engage C-level clients, secure large-scale consulting and tech services contracts.
5. Drive market presence through events, strategic partnerships, and industry networking.
6. Monitor performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM excellence.
What We're Looking For
7. 8–10 years' experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
8. Proven track record in building pipelines and closing complex deals with major organisations.
9. Skilled in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
10. Strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability.
11. Experience in sectors such as public sector, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
12. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales management
