Key Administrator Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform reception and front of house duties
* Support the sales team with daily inquiries and tasks
* Provide daily administrative support and operation of the office
* Prepare quotations and calculations for customers based on their technical specifications
* Communicate with suppliers and process orders
* Correspond with customers via phone and email
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Proficient computer skills, ideally Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to communicate effectively internally and externally
* Motivated and able to take instruction
