Human Resources Manager Role Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization, driving employee engagement, and supporting the leadership team in building a high-performance culture.
This strategic HR professional will lead people operations, develop and implement effective HR policies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full HR function within the organization.
* Manage the recruitment lifecycle for all departments, including job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
* Support and coach department managers on performance management, leadership development, and team motivation.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 35 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
* Strong understanding of Irish labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
