The role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating sales assistants to drive sales, excel in customer service, and create memorable experiences for our customers.
Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment is essential. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure store operations run smoothly. Supervisors will lead by example, setting personal KPIs and sales targets.

What to expect from the role
* Conduct daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to meet or beat these
* Perform store walks, understand the importance of commerciality, and oversee visual merchandising
* Monitor sales figures
* Handle escalated customer complaints
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity
* Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service tailored to individual needs
Store operations
* Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures
* Cash up and reconcile tills
* Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary processes
* Manage product and POS deliveries, unloading, and storage
* Operate tills, handle transactions, returns, and escalations
* Follow security policies to ensure safety for staff and customers
