About the Role

This is a critical position for someone who can manage and maintain our site's facilities systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.


Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for site facilities systems
2. Oversee timely completion of system work orders and resolve issues when necessary
3. Ensure continuous and reliable supply of facilities systems across the site
4. Plan and schedule system repair and maintenance activities
5. Support audits on facility compliance and safety programs
6. Serve as point of contact for facility-related queries
7. Manage all facility contracts and contractors
8. Maintain review process for contracts
9. Liaise with support/maintenance contractors
10. Review and approve facility system modifications, change requests, and SOPs
11. Conduct walk-downs/review of facility installations and attend factory/site acceptance tests as needed
12. Identify, build, and implement facility system training across the site
13. Oversight of complete facility system data build for the site
14. Develop and champion continuous improvement programs to enhance facility equipment and system performance
15. Establish mechanisms for monitoring, trending, and reporting facility equipment and system performance
16. Provide SME insight and technical leadership to engineering, production, and support areas
17. Analyze 'bad actors' and drive programs to improve equipment reliability
18. Management and control of associated site facilities operational budgets
19. Ensure maintenance technicians are adequately trained in test methods and procedures
20. Support engineering projects, validation, warehouse, QC/QA, operations, and other departments on facilities projects/issues
21. Project work involving specification, scope definition, budget preparation, detailed engineering design, purchasing, inspection, validation, installation, and commissioning of new facilities and buildings
22. Responsible for site insurance compliance, control, and monitoring safe working practices
23. Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, etc., and implement and follow-up related CAPAs
24. Lead deviation investigations within the department
25. Apply lean six sigma tools to drive root cause analysis and CAPA completion
26. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental regulatory, and corporate requirements
