Job Title: Global Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage payroll operations across multiple countries.
* Global payroll specialist required to prepare accurate and timely payroll inputs.
* Collaborate with external vendors to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
* Work closely with internal teams on payroll data, including stock, fleet, compensation, benefits, HR operations, and business partners.
* Verify tax information, reconciliations, and payments before disbursement.
* Develop time recording and holiday accruals for employees across countries.
* Respond to employee queries via a shared inbox.
* Stay up-to-date with international payroll legislation and apply updates as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
* At least three years of experience in global payroll or a similar role.
* Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
* Familiarity with Workday, Core Pay, or Core Insight is an advantage.
