As part of our pre-opening team, youll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and leading the housekeeping crew to deliver Moxys signature vibeclean, cool, and full of character. What Youll Do Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Moxys quality and brand standards. Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team with energy and enthusiasm. Conduct room inspections and spot checks to maintain high standards. Manage stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies. Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams to resolve issues quickly. Step in to assist with cleaning duties when neededbecause were all in this together. Keep the team motivated, informed, and aligned with daily goals. Health & Safety Responsibilities Ensure all team members follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Monitor safe use of cleaning products and equipment. Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly and accurately. Customer Care Focus Lead by example in delivering friendly, helpful service that reflects the Moxy brand. Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and a can-do attitude. Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that guests love to return to. SOP Compliance & Review Ensure all housekeeping tasks follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support training and refreshers to keep the team up to date. Identify and implement improvements in efficiency and quality. Brand Standards & Flexibility Uphold Marriott and Moxy brand standards in cleanliness, presentation, and guest interaction. Be flexible and hands-onsupporting other departments when needed. Embrace the dynamic nature of a pre-opening environment with energy and enthusiasm. Communication Maintain clear, respectful communication with the team and other departments. Provide feedback, updates, and performance insights to management. Participate in team briefings and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. What You Bring Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role or similar hospitality leadership position. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team. Good physical condition and stamina to support hands-on tasks.
