· Ensure orders are received and processed, on the Company's Fresh Trade system (Training provided) in a timely and efficient manner.These orders are received via phone, email, answering machine, on-line portals.· Extract certain products and generate supplier purchase orders.· Handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.· Go that 'extra mile' to meet customer demands in the HORECA sector.Ability to work 5 days over 7 as agreed with office manager.Key experience and skills:· Excellent computer skills. Competency is Microsoft Office is essential.· Proven experience of working in a similar role is advantageous.· Experience of fresh fruit and vegetables is advantageous.· Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.· Fluent is English both verbally and written.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to enable effective customer feedback and feedback to key business colleagues.· Ability to work well under pressure and to work well as part of a team.This is an evening shift position.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €29,000.00-€32,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionWork Location: In person
