Clinical Nurse Manager – Carechoice Montenotte.
We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in Carechoice Montenotte.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a central role in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care
The CNM will lead the nursing team in delivering person-centred care to our residents
Preparing and administering drugs in line with company policy and An Bord Altranais guidelines
Ensuring residents' hygiene/personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards while maintaining the residents' dignity
Providing palliative care for dying residents and supporting their residents
The CNM will be acting up for the Director of Nursing in their absence or in an emergency
Planning and allocation of nursing teams with appropriate staff members, skill mix and levels of experience to meet clinical demands and continuity of care
Organization of fair and accurate on/off duty rotas and coordinated holiday plans and leave to ensure skill mix and resource readiness
Collaboration with the Director of Nursing in preparing, implementing and evaluating budget and service plans within an agreed budget
Controlling the use of all supplies and the proper use of all equipment
Leading by example with a strong team ethos, remaining positive and motivational
Encouraging, training and guiding the team while maintaining a positive work environment
Providing guidance and advice to junior nursing and care staff
Qualifications
5 years of post-registration experience
Proven track record in team management and performance management
A minimum of 3 years in care of the elderly
Continuous professional development (CPD)
Ability to manage and motivate a team
NMBI pin (required)
English language proficiency (required)
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience: 3 years working with the elderly (required); 5 years post-registration (required)
