Mentor Distribution Ireland is growing – and we're looking for a dynamic
Country Manager / External Sales Manager
to lead our continued expansion into the Republic of Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage our Irish operation, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our reseller and vendor partners across the IT & AV distribution channel across the territory.
What you'll do:
* Take responsibility for the Irish market, managing key reseller and vendor relationships.
* Drive sales growth across our display, AV, and IT solutions portfolio.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.
* Represent Mentor Distribution Ireland at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
* Work closely with the UK team to align on group objectives while tailoring to the Irish market.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in external sales or country management within IT/AV distribution or a related sector.
* Strong network of reseller and/or vendor relationships in Ireland.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Based in the Republic of Ireland, with willingness to travel to visit customers and visit the UK as required.
