Job Description The Team Leader will be responsible for assisting the Residential Services Manager in delivering a quality client-focused service. This includes managing and planning the existing service, which caters to adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues who have varying disabilities and complex health needs. Key Responsibilities: * To manage the day-to-day delivery of a person-centered service for all clients * To provide support to staff within the respite service, including maintaining staff rotas, training leadership supervision support care plans and communication across various shifts * Liaising with families personnel as directed by Centre Management To adhere ensure required standards HIQA regulations reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a third-level qualification in Health Social Care or equivalent The role also requires experience of management supervising both individuals teams working within HiQA registered services. ----------------------------------- Required Skills Qualifications
