Senior Test Engineer Role
A senior level test engineering position, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative electrical test software and systems.
* Design and develop advanced test equipment, including system electrical design and instrumentation specification.
* Develop test hardware and fixturing to ensure seamless connections to the device-under-test.
* Manage project schedules, cost estimates, hardware build schedules, and application development timelines.
* Generate essential documents such as test system specifications, test software requirements, and validation plans.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or other related engineering degree.
* Minimum of 8 years' experience.
* Excellent mechanical aptitude, communication and interpersonal skills.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge to solve a range of problems and propose innovative solutions. Apply your understanding of key business drivers to integrate closely related teams and drive efficiencies. Exercise autonomy to propose alternatives and develop new solutions based on experience.
Influence the quality and effectiveness of customer, operational, project/program, or service activities within your team and related teams. Exchange complex information with others, guiding and persuading them. Participate in discussions and presentations in small, cross-functional meetings.
This is a high-level role that requires expertise in test engineering, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, experience with NI LabView, and a proven track record of delivering results.
