* Build strong working relationships across business units to gain alignment and secure buy‑in for proposed changes.
* Work closely with project managers and change leads to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
* Support the development and implementation of new controls and procedures to strengthen financial crime prevention frameworks.
* Contribute to documentation updates, training materials, and communication plans supporting process changes.
* Ensure that all process changes are compliant with internal governance and external regulatory expectations.

* Demonstrated expertise in process mapping using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
* Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with a keen eye for process efficiency and control improvements.
* Understanding of regulatory expectations related to AML, KYC, and customer due diligence.
* Experience in large‑scale transformation or remediation programmes.
* Familiarity with onboarding systems, workflow tools, or case management solutions.
* Background in policy or procedure design within a compliance or operational context.
* Exposure to data and reporting aspects of client due diligence.
Personal Attributes
