We are looking for an experienced Baker with strong knowledge of traditional French bakery to join our team. If you are passionate about artisan breads, long fermentation techniques, and high-quality ingredients, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce a range of traditional French breads: baguettes de tradition, pains de campagne, pains spéciaux, levain, brioche, etc.
* Ensure consistent quality, texture, and flavour
* Manage dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking
* Follow production plans and maintain time accuracy
* Keep the bakery clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in traditional French bakery
* Solid understanding of dough fermentation and artisan techniques
* Ability to work early mornings and manage production volumes
* Precision, organisation, and attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
