2 x HR Co‑ordinator Medical HR/Nursing HR (Grade V up to €62,485)1 Full Time, 1 Fixed Term Contract – 12 monthsLocation: Cork – part of the Bon Secours Regional HR Team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient administrative support across recruitment, HR records, correspondence, and meetings.Manage interview scheduling, candidate documentation, Garda vetting, and onboarding support.Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files, administer leave requests, and ensure GDPR and policy compliance.Support HR projects, assist with employee relations cases, compile HR metrics, and contribute to SOP development.Coordinate training logistics, drive engagement initiatives, and assist with HR technology rollouts and process improvements.Essential Candidate CriteriaStrong HR generalist experience in a similar role.CIPD accreditation desirable.Relevant experience in a healthcare environment desirable.Appropriate third level qualification or relevant work experience.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.Strong prioritisation skills, able to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment.Self‑starter, able to work on own initiative.Excellent organisational skills, able to meet tight deadlines.Proven relationship‑building capability.Strong attention to detail.Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office).We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment.Bon Secours Health System is an equal opportunities employer.
